What we do

Mid-sized and large companies across all business segments, even those with existing outsourced solutions are asking questions like:

How can I leverage Mexico's pool of bi-lingual IT talent to cost effectively deliver my multi-national US/Latin America projects?

My business needs to expand into Mexico or Latin America to maintain its growth curve. Where can I get solid guidance and execution help?

Due to quality and timing issues, my current outsource solution is a risk to my delivery system. Can near shoring offer me a better solution?

How do I set up physical operations in Mexico?

If these or similar questions are on your mind, Adelantus can help. We have been a pioneer in the field of near shoring since shortly after NAFTA agreements were executed in 1994. Our bilingual leadership team lives/works in both the US and Mexico.

We support all facets of near shoring sourcing talent for mission-critical projects, establishing or refining Mexico-based business operations, and project managing the design and build of Mexico-based facilities.

Services

With more than 15 years near shoring experience, Adelantus supports US companies in the financial services, tech, healthcare, manufacturing and other segments to complete high-visibility projects, expand operations and establish physical facilities in Mexico. Time and again, we have optimized client productivity, cost-savings, delivery systems and key project outcomes.

We offer three primary services:

Sourcing of Technical and Project

Management Resources

We directly source and deliver exceptional technical and project management resources to augment existing IT staff. These resources are available to work at a client’s US site(s) as an independent or integrated project team, or to complete project work in Mexico. At the client’s option, this may be solely on a contract basis (minimum 6 months) or on a contract-to-hire (try/buy) basis.

Adelantus maintains a pool of exceptional IT resources skilled in the following areas:

  • Development (.NET, C#, Java)
  • Project Management (PMO)
  • Business Analysis
  • Quality Assurance & QA Management
  • Storage & Backup
  • Risk & Compliance (RSA Archer, Mantas, Actimize, Fiserve and Pega)

  • Adelantus provides staffing anywhere in the continental United States based on an all-inclusive rate that includes the transportation and legal logistics of getting resources to one or more specified locations.
  • Our resources are rigorously vetted for technical and communications skills, and are fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Consultants are available on-site in client locations, off-site at Adelantus locations or using a hybrid approach. Typically, clients utilize a hybrid approach with a senior Adelantus resource at the client site (at Adelantus expense) overseeing a minimum of 5 Adelantus resources offsite. This provides an additional layer of governance and oversight to ensure delivery of client objectives.
  • We have successfully staffed assignments for a single individual up to project teams of 10-50 members. Typical project timeframes are 12+ months.
  • We are able to customize engagements based on complex customer requirements.

Business Consulting

We advise US companies on how to start or expand business in Mexico or, alternatively, how to leverage Mexican/NAFTA resources to deliver/increase US business. At a minimum, this can include staffing strategy and execution; operational/business requirement reviews followed by on-the-ground execution or remediation; and consultation/execution of legal resources/functions to support the business.

Physical Location: Sourcing, Design and Build Out in Mexico.

Adelantus is uniquely able to help US businesses expand or build specialized work centers in Mexico. These include call centers, data centers, pharmaceutical, engineering or chemical labs, manufacturing plants, administrative offices and more.

  • Services include site selection (land or building to refurbish), ground breaking, design, construction to GMP standards, and office design and execution. Scope includes RFP analysis, contract reviews and budget management.
  • Project management is led on site by an experienced, bi-lingual, in-country Adelantus principal who is a registered architect and certified project manager.
